You must be at least 21 years old to register and use phlag. This is a legal requirement under PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. phlag reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
All transactions on phlag — whether via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or USDT TRC20 — are subject to minimum and maximum limits set by phlag. Withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. phlag processes most withdrawals within 30 minutes during normal operating hours.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits issued by phlag are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your phlag wallet. Attempting to exploit bonus terms or create multiple accounts to claim bonuses is prohibited.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. phlag operates under PAGCOR regulatory supervision. Any dispute arising from your use of phlag will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and phlag ("phlag", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing phlag.cam, registering an account, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the phlag platform.

Age Verification: phlag reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid government-issued Philippine ID (PSA birth certificate, passport, PhilSys national ID, driver's licence, or PRC ID). Accounts for which age cannot be verified will be suspended until verification is completed. Any winnings accrued on an account found to belong to a person under 21 will be forfeited.
3.1 One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on phlag. Creating multiple accounts, whether in the same name or under different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including false date of birth, false identity, or a false address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your phlag Login username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. phlag will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.4 Notification of Compromise. If you suspect that your phlag Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify phlag immediately via the live chat support channel available on the Platform.
3.5 KYC Verification. phlag may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phlag accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, USDT TRC20, Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment channel. Current minimums are displayed at the time of deposit within your phlag Account wallet section. phlag reserves the right to amend minimum deposit limits at any time.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Verified accounts typically receive withdrawals to GCash or Maya within 5–30 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or UnionBank are processed within 1–3 business hours via InstaPay where available. phlag is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions or payment processors.
4.4 Withdrawal to Source of Deposit. phlag reserves the right to return funds to the original payment method used for deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering compliance requirements.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on phlag are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated. USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, as determined by phlag.
4.6 Transaction Fees. phlag does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party fees imposed by your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment network (such as InstaPay fees) are your sole responsibility.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and free bets offered by phlag are subject to specific Terms & Conditions that will be stated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly on the promotion page. Real-money funds deposited to your phlag Account are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to KYC completion.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. phlag actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements, and exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. phlag reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is detected.
5.4 Expiry. Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated validity period will expire and be forfeited. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on phlag is governed by specific rules provided by the relevant Game Provider. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before wagering. phlag provides access to game rules within the game interface or help section.
6.2 Bet Acceptance. phlag and its Game Providers reserve the right to refuse, restrict, limit, or void any bet at their sole discretion, including where: the bet is placed on an event or outcome that has already been determined; technical errors have affected odds or payouts; or the bet is suspected to be part of match-fixing or fraudulent activity.
6.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, game malfunction, or display error that results in incorrect odds or payouts being shown, phlag reserves the right to void all bets placed on the affected event or outcome and to return the applicable stake amounts to Players' Accounts.
6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on phlag. Current limits are displayed within the game interface. phlag may impose individual account betting limits at its sole discretion.
6.5 Sports Betting. For sports betting markets — including PBA, NBA, UFC, international football, and boxing — phlag follows established industry rules for the settlement of bets. In cases of event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, phlag's sports book settlement rules (available on the phlag Casino page) will apply.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on phlag and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
phlag reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaging in prohibited conduct, to void all associated bets and bonuses, and to retain Account balances pending investigation. phlag will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in the Philippines and internationally where required.
All content on the phlag Platform — including but not limited to the phlag brand name, logo, design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and underlying technology — is the property of phlag or its licensed Game Providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phlag Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any phlag content without prior written consent.
9.1 phlag provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While phlag makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform operates reliably and without interruption, phlag does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phlag shall not be liable for: any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss or damage; or any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
9.3 phlag's total liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their phlag Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes phlag's liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.
Your use of phlag is subject to phlag's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at phlag.cam/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy describes how phlag collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
By using phlag, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. phlag will not sell your personal data to third parties. phlag may share data with regulatory authorities including PAGCOR where required by law.

Age Restriction: phlag is strictly for players aged 21 years and above. Playing on behalf of a minor or knowingly allowing a minor to use your Account is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law.
12.1 By phlag. phlag reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or prohibited conduct; inability to verify identity; regulatory requirement; or prolonged Account inactivity (12 months without login).
12.2 Balances on Closure. Where an Account is closed due to breach of these Terms or prohibited conduct, phlag may, at its discretion, forfeit any remaining balance after deducting any outstanding amounts owed to phlag. Where an Account is closed for other reasons (including voluntary closure by the Player), any verified balance will be returned to the Player via the most recent payment method used, subject to applicable minimum withdrawal amounts and KYC completion.
12.3 By the Player. You may request the closure of your phlag Account at any time by contacting phlag support via live chat. Voluntary closure does not affect any bets already placed or bonuses already accepted but not yet settled.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. phlag operates under the supervision of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the phlag Platform — whether contractual, tortious, or statutory in nature — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Both phlag and the Player agree to submit to that jurisdiction for the purpose of any such dispute resolution.
Nothing in this clause prevents phlag from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or security.
phlag reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, phlag will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or by displaying a notice on the phlag Platform at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.
Your continued use of the phlag Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.3.
The current version of these Terms is always available at phlag.cam/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of the document indicates when the current version came into force.

phlag aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within 14 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority.
Regulatory Oversight: phlag operates under PAGCOR regulatory supervision. PAGCOR is the Philippine government authority responsible for the regulation, authorisation, and licensing of all gambling activities in the Philippines. Matters that cannot be resolved through phlag's internal complaints process may be referred to PAGCOR for consideration.
